Warranty Conditions
- All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
- In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report.
- Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
- If the product you purchased on our website is faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us by cargo company will be replaced with a new one.
- Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.
- You must send the product you want to return with the invoice.
- Product returns should only be sent by UPS Cargo. Aide with an external cargo company will not be accepted.
- If the ordered product error is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned and exchanged.
- As product return and replacement conditions, applications in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are essential.
