1. Usage and Security Rules
www.kikajoy.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Recording on the site information that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete and misleading, contains statements that are not in accordance with general morality and is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Copying the site content partially or completely without permission
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information, usage rights, such as usernames and passwords given to users or determined by them, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by people other than the User). Similarly, the User cannot use personal information such as IP addresses, e-mail addresses, and usernames belonging to someone else on the Internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, performing activities, attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.
2. Responsibilities
2.a. The information of users visiting www.kikajoy.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising, etc., in order to expand and improve the content, in accordance with the terms of confidentiality. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop www.kikajoy.com.
2.b. The www.kikajoy.com user may start using the www.kikajoy.com site by filling in the required fields for registration and confirming the e-mail address, provided that he/she complies with the terms specified in this agreement, and by entering his/her e-mail address and password.
2.c. While using the www.kikajoy.com website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that www.kikajoy.com will publish regarding its services. All legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.
2.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the www.kikajoy.com website, the User may be blocked from using www.kikajoy.com temporarily or indefinitely by www.kikajoy.com and/or his/her account may be closed.
2.e. The User may not take any action that prevents or makes it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.kikajoy.com, and cannot install automatic programs and force/lock the servers or databases. They cannot attempt to cheat. If found, they accept that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
2.f. The user cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes on any material copied or printed from www.kikajoy.com.
2.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via www.kikajoy.com. The user who terminates their membership will have their access to the site revoked. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
2.h. The relationships of site users with each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
2.i. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules specified in advance.
2.j. Please read the “Privacy Policy” section to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter.
2.k. The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) he/she will use in the purchases he/she will make through the site is correct and that he/she will be responsible for the legal and criminal liabilities arising from these.
